At Sassy Kat Goods, our journey into gluten-free baking began with love—and a little inspiration from family.
Originally set up to be chocolatiers, everything changed when our nephew was diagnosed with celiac disease. We quickly realized how hard it was to find gluten-free treats that were not only safe but actually delicious. I still remember the first time I baked a gluten-free banana bread for him. His smile and the words, “I can finally have something gluten-free and delicious!” sparked a mission that would reshape our business.
We knew then that we wanted to do more—not just for him, but for everyone navigating gluten sensitivities. So we pivoted, dedicating ourselves fully to crafting baked goods that are 100% gluten-free, made from scratch, and full of flavor.
